Time saved · 20-30 min to set up, then 1-2 hrs a week (estimate, not measured)

⚠️ Built from Grok Bot's official changelog as of 2026-10-26 (features can change). Bots share one computer and its files, so keep anything confidential out of folders other bots don't need. Every send, post, purchase or deletion should wait for your approval. Pages arrived in Grok Bot 0.75.2 (October 22, 2026).

Steps

  1. Ask your bot to build a Page with the sections below; Pages are reports, memos or dashboards you can edit together or have the bot keep up to date
  2. Tell it which sources to read (docs, email threads, Slack channels, a spreadsheet) and connect them when it asks
  3. Ask it to set up a weekly routine to refresh the Page and send you a short note on what changed
  4. Check the Page's Share menu before you share it; share it with your team only after you've reviewed the first version

Prompt / template

Build a Page called "[Project] weekly status" and keep it up to date.
Sections: summary in 3 lines, done this week, next week, risks and blockers, decisions needed, key numbers ([list them]).
Sources: [docs, email threads, channels, spreadsheet].
Every [Friday at 2 pm], update the Page from those sources. Mark anything you couldn't confirm as [check]. Don't invent dates, owners or numbers.
Then message me 3 lines: what changed since last week, anything that moved to at-risk, and any decision waiting on me.
Don't share the Page with anyone until I say so.
