Get tomorrow's plan each evening, then get interviewed for your hardest draft
Tool · Grok Bot
Task · Grok Bot: evening planner
Time saved · 20 min to set up, then 2-4 hrs a week (estimate, not measured)
⚠️ Built from Grok Bot's official changelog as of 2026-10-26 (features can change). Bots share one computer and its files, so keep anything confidential out of folders other bots don't need. Every send, post, purchase or deletion should wait for your approval.
Steps
- Connect your calendar and the places your work lives (email, docs, task list) when the bot asks
- Paste the prompt below and ask it to set up a weekday routine at the time you pick
- Answer its interview questions in a few words each, by text or voice; that's where the draft's real content comes from
- Read the draft and the checklist results before you use it. Nothing gets sent on your behalf
Prompt / template
Every weekday at [5:00 pm], send me tomorrow's plan: 1. Tomorrow's meetings, with one line on what I need ready for each. 2. My top 3 tasks, based on deadlines and what people are waiting on. Say why each one made the list. 3. The hardest piece of writing I have due soon (email, memo, update or proposal). Interview me about it with up to 5 short questions, one at a time. Then draft it from my answers, in my words where possible. Before you show me the draft, check it against my guidelines: [e.g. under 200 words, ask first, no jargon, no claims without a number or source]. List any guideline it fails. Don't send, schedule or accept anything. Drafts only.
