Read the text below as if you were saying it out loud to a colleague. Mark every sentence where you'd stumble, run out of breath, or sound like you're reading a report. For each one, show the original and a version that sounds like natural speech: shorter, plainer words, contractions where they fit. Leave sentences that already sound spoken alone.
