Cut this text by about 30% without losing any facts, decisions or asks. Remove filler words (really, very, actually, basically), redundant pairs ("each and every"), wordy phrases ("in order to" → "to", "due to the fact that" → "because") and sentences that repeat an earlier point. Keep my tone. Show the tightened version, then the word count before and after.
