Steps
- Collect 5-10 things you actually wrote and sent (emails, posts, memos); remove anything confidential
- Create a Claude Project (or Cowork project) and upload the samples
- Run the prompt below and save the profile it returns as a project file
- Whenever you fix a draft, tell Claude what you changed and ask it to add that rule to the profile

Read my writing samples in this project and write a voice profile I can reuse. Cover: 1. Sentence length and rhythm (with two short quotes from my samples as evidence) 2. Words and phrases I use often, and ones I never use 3. How I open and close messages 4. How formal I am with different audiences 5. Punctuation habits (dashes, exclamation marks, lists) 6. 10 "do" and 10 "don't" rules for writing as me Only describe what you can see in the samples. Flag anything you're unsure about.
